The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has suspended the B2C gaming licence of bSupporter for breaching regulations related to licence payments and compliance reporting. The company has been ordered to stop all gaming operations with immediate effect.

The MGA told bSupporter that it must provide all registered players with access to their accounts, as well as refund all money owed to players.

bSupporter had been operating its bSupporter.club and bSupporter.com sites under its Malta licence.

The MGA said that bSupporter breached regulation nine of Malta’s Gaming Compliance and Enforcement Regulations, specifically paragraphs C and I.

Paragraph I refers to a licence-holder failing to pay any relevant annual licence or compliance contribution fees, while paragraph C relates to filing Compliance Contribution Reports with the MGA.
